**MULTI-BUY PRODUCT COMBO TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
1. **Definition**:
- **Combo Product**: Refers to a bundle or set of items sold together at a combined price.
- **Receiver**: The individual designated to pick up the order.
2. **Availability**:
- While we strive to ensure that all items in a Combo Product are available at every pick-up location, there may be instances when one or more items in a Combo Product are unavailable.
3. **Substitution Option**:
- In the event that an item in a Combo Product is unavailable at the designated pick-up location, the location will offer the Receiver an option to substitute the unavailable item with another product of similar value.
4. **Refund Options**:
- If a substitute product is chosen and its value is less than the original unavailable product, the difference in price will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Alternatively, if the Receiver does not wish to select a substitute product or if a suitable substitute is not available, the full value of the out of stock product will be refunded to the Receiver
5. **Changes to the Terms**:
- We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the T&Cs will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
6. **Limitation of Liability**:
- While we aim to provide accurate product availability, errors may occur. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from the unavailability of products in a Combo Product.
7. **Acceptance of these Terms**:
- By purchasing a Combo Product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
